Contract up on the NY border

753 Riversville Road, asking $1.6 million. It’s gone to contract in 21 days so we can probably assume it will be selling for close to that price.

These owners did okay: they paid $1.399 for it in July 2020, and don’t see to have put any money into after that. The previous weren’t so fortunate, because they paid $1.5 for it in November 2016.
