Pending sales reported

30 Carrington Drive, $2.4 million. The owners paid the same $2.4 million for it in June 2021, redid the master bathe and did some repenting, and placed it back up for sale this past September for $2.795 million. That price met with indifference, so it was dropped to its current ask of $2.4. No worries, even Ted Williams miffed 6 out of 10 times (more that, actually: his lifetime batting average was .344).

41 Winding Lane, $2.995 million. The owners paid $3.140 million in 2007, but this time it’s gone from first listed to pending in just 15 days, so perhaps there were multiple bids, and they’ll come out “ahead”.

I mentioned this house a week or so ago after it went to contract after just 12 days; now it’s pending. Multiple bids? We’ll see, after its sale price is reported.
