Outbid in haste, repent at leisure

Back in December, 2019, the current owners of 433 Riversville Road “won” the bidding war on the property and paid $4.5 million on an asking price of $3.750. They put it back on the market this past September 30th at $4.850, and today have cut its price to $4.7. I’m guessing that there’s more where that came from.
