41 Winding Lane, listed at $2.995 million on October 24 and immediately attracted multiple bids. It sold yesterday for $3.015. It previously sold for $3.140 in 2007 so, ignoring inflation — that 2007 price would be $4,220,048 in 2022 dollars — we seem to be back to the prices of the last bubble.
