62 Sterling Road (pictures have been pulled) was listed at $3.195 at the end of September and has sold for $3.5 million. Going by the respective Zip Codes, Manhattan COVID refugees bought it for just $2.520 million during the panic, and now a Darien couple (also Covid emigrants?) have paid substantially more.
It sold for $3.850 in 2013, so there you have it.
