60 Binney Lane, $3.299 million. Built in 1900, back when “Sound Beach” was a summer colony (they changed the name later, to keep the riff-raff from disembarking at the Sound Beach railroad station and wandering into town looking to swim in our precious waters).

I’ve always liked crowded little Binney Lane; it’s a nice neighborhood.
