Riverside on Cathlow is reported pending

Brother Gideon’s listing at 34 Cathlow Drive, $4.5 milion, is pending, 15 days on market. I don’t know whether the buyer will be building new or renovating, but with 2 acres in the R-1 zone, the latter is certainly possible. I do know that he had a lot of showings to potential buyers from both camps, so we’ll see who won out.
