Pending up near Close Road

538 Round Hill Road, currently priced at $4.999, began at $5.495 last April. I remember this house from when David Ogilvy had it listed (and sold) back in 2005 or so, and it was sweet house then, on very pretty land. It seems to have been updated since, but its charm remains.
