Add another Chieftans fail

1 Chieftans Road, purchased in 2007 for $4.8 million, came back on the market this past February 2nd at $3.950 and dropped today to $3.750 with room, I suspect, for further cuts. I had thought that with the rush of Westchesterites across the border during the COVID scare that this development might pull itself out of its decline but so far, that hasn’t been the case.
