The owners of 400 Stanwich Road paid $3,147,500 for it in May 2016 after it had started exactly 2 years before at $4.495. They put in a new kitchen, installed a new hearth over the fireplace, and threw some paint around, then put it back up for sale ten days ago at $5.5 million. It’s already pending.
