27 Richmond Drive, Old Greenwich, came on April 1 at $995,000 and is reported pending this afternoon. 1929 construction, it could be renovated, I suppose, but someone can theoretically build two houses here, so I won’t be surprised to see a dumpster parked on the lawn in a week or so.
