Even this market has limits, apparently

9 Grimes Road, Shorelands, which sold for $2.1 million in 2019, came back on the market this past April at $2.750 million. That seemed a tad aggressive, but I suggested that maybe they’d get it. Well, they couldn’t, so today it’s dropped to $2.5.

Nice house, nice street, but a modest house still deserves a modest price.
