420 North Street (corner of Ivanhoe) hit the market April 29th at $2.999 million, and sold yesterday for $3.575. That’s quite a difference from eight years ago, when this same house was put up for sale in 2014 at $3.125 million and sold to these owners in 2015 for $2.625.
