73 Orchard Place, Unit A, was built new in 2020 and put up for sale that April for $2.150 million. It took 294 days, but it finally sold in February, 2021, for $1.9 million. That buyer put it back on the market this past April 25th asking $1.995 million, and it has just sold for $2.250.
