Back on May 10th a reader pointed out a new listing for 3 N. Stanwich road, priced at $6.175, and wondered whether a $3 million+ jump from its September, ‘21 purchase price of $3.1 marked the apex of the market. Apparently not, because today it’s reported as pending.
