When 1 Winding Lane came on the market at $6.950 on May 4th, I wrote about it, asked whether it could fetch that price, and advised readers to “stay tuned”, and we’d see. Thirty-seven days later it has a contract, so I’m guessing that the sellers have achieved their goal, and good for them.
