Contracts have slowed to a trickle, but those from April/May are still closing

For example, 10 Boyd Lane (NoPo, off Riverside Lane), listed in April at $2.495 million, went immediately to highest and best, and closed yesterday at $2.830 million. That would have been an astonishing price for this neighborhood a few years ago and perhaps it will be again but for now, that’s the market.
