It was never listed, but Hooligan & Lawyers agent Joan Epand put together buyer and seller (for a price, Ugarty, for a price), and 97 Lockwood Road, Riverside, has sold for $1.550 million. No pictures or details, but the sellers paid $675,000 for this 1828 home in 2009 via a short sale, so there must have been plenty of room to make improvements.
