270 Stanwich Road, corner of Dingletown, was listed at $3.450 million and was immediately snapped up by New Yorkers from Chelsea. The sellers had paid just $2.465 for the place in October 2020, but given Manhattan real estate prices these days, why should the buyers care? Or even notice?
