The owners of 33 Grossett Road, Riverside, bought it new in December 2020 for $5.450 million and put it back up for sale earlier this year at the seemingly preposterous price of $7.950. They didn’t get that, but yesterday someone did fork over $6.450 million, and that’s triumph enough.
