Coincidence?

The same day that 9 Bayberry Lane was dropped from the pending rolls and returned to active listing status, 15 Bayberry shows up as pending. 9 Bayberry’s listed at $6.3 million, 15 at $7.495, but a sudden windfall on Wall Street can often dramatically change a buyer’s price window.

Again: I have no idea whether two buyers liked different houses on the same street, or the same buyer changed his mind and bought himself out of the first deal to grab the second. But it’s fun to speculate.
