October bidding war, January closing

20 Partridge Hollow Road, listed at $4.995 in October, has sold for $5.250 (the link goes to Redfin, the only site that still has pictures up, but it requires viewers to sign in, which I don’t do— your choice.)

The price seems understandable because, although these sellers paid just $4.125 for it in 2019 (on an original asking price 400 days before of $5.850), it previously sold for $6.125 in 2012, and $6 million in 2005.

So it has a history of people linking it, and saying so in cash.
