It wouldn't sell at $6.450 million in 2019/20, but the market has shifted

Builder/owner Jordan Saper has sold his residence at 40 S Stanwich Road for $8.950 million, which was full asking price.

Saper paid $3 for the land in 2003 — the seller had asked $4.650 — and built new.
