Brother Gideon just sent me a heads up on this sale reported this afternoon: 3 Glendale Street, Cos Cob, wanted $975,000 but settled for $1.310 million which, Gideon calculated for me (he’s a professional, you know), is $335,000 over ask. A cute little (1,786 sq.ft.) two-bedroom 1934 cottage, tiny kitchen and dated baths, but hey … no inventory.
