16 Hoover Road, NoPo, was listed at $895,000 on September 21st and went to highest and best offer September 24th. It’s a nice little house (the roof looks like it’s due for replacement, though), and Hoover’s a quiet, convenient location, so it’s possible a young family snatched it up. My guess, though, is that it’s being sold to a builder.
