62 N Old Stone Bridge, Cos Cob, sold for $2.670 million, asking price was $2.495. That’s the second-highest price ever paid for Old Stone Bridge, I believe, but the highest, #66, which sold in April for $2.950 million, was a thousand feet larger: 5,000 vs 4,000 (approx), and was renovated more recently.
