618 Lake Avenue, which started at $10.250 million back in February and dropped to $7.695 in September, reports a contract. It sits on eight acres in one of our two-acre zones, so I’m curious to see whether someone has come along who is willing to pour additional millions into this antique to restore and modernize it, or whether there’s a dumpster in its future.
