The road, that is, not the golf course. 30 Burning Tree Road, marked down from $3.6 million to $3.4, reports a contract. The sellers themselves paid just $2.650 for the house in 2016 after waiting out an owner who’d started out the year before at $3.295. Those were the years when it was fun representing buyers, and I’m sure those days will come again.
