Pending on Old Mill

204 Old Mill Road, priced at $6.8 million and pending after 45 days. The owners paid $8.5 for it when it was freshly built by Jordan Saper in 2005, then tried unsuccessfully to sell it for $7.995 in 2016-2017. I’m not a fan of Saper-built designs, but someone is getting 11,000 feet of the stuff for what passes these days for not a whole lot of money.
