The owners of 30 Skylark Road (behind the hospital) paid $1.315 million for the house in 2006, tried for $1.275 million in 2012 and got nowhere. They pulled it, and tried again this past October at $1.698 million and have sold it for $1,805,000. The listing agent didn’t even have to update the iPhone photos she took back in 2012.
