On a hope and a prayer

156 Parsonage Road* is back, this time at $4.095 million. It began at $4.195 in October ‘21 and when that price filled to draw a buyer, it was raised to $4.495 in February 2022. This is not usually a successful strategy, and that proved to be the case here. The house was withdrawn from the market in April, and came back in August at $4.295. When that listing expired yesterday, this new listing was filed, at $4.095.

This is a very nice pre-war (barely — it was built in 1941) home, well maintained, in a good, near-town location; someone is sure to want it.
