42 Old Church Road failed to sell in 2019-2020 for $8.1 million, came back on last September @$6.995, dropped to $6.595, and is now pending. A beautiful home, parts of it dating to 1710, but the listing notes that the new owner will find a Tesla charger awaiting, and I’m sure that was the missing ingredient before now.
