230 Taconic Road has returned to the market, down to $10.485 million from last fall’s ask of $11.475. Designed by the late and very-much lamented Rick Moison (dead, sadly, at just 43) and built by Hobbs in 1995, so there’s no question as to quality. The owners put it up for sale in 2019 at $9.450 but pulled it, renovated it and as noted tried again in September 2022.
