33 Lismore Lane, priced at $2.250 million, has sold for $2,875,500. Acccording to their Zip Code, the buyers seem to have come from the Heathcoate section of Scarsdale, so that’s all right; back in 1903 and 1907, my grandfather designed and built two houses on Heathcoate Road, #10 and #8, and his children, who grew up in No. 10 turned out to be good citizens, so ….
