55 North Street is back, this time asking $5.495 million, a substantial increase from the $4.1 million it was seeking when its original listing expired in October of 2019, but down a little bit from its original 2017 price of $5.750. It experimented with a number of prices during that two-year period, but maybe this time will prove to be the charm.
