86 N. Stone Bridge Road, Cos Cob, was listed for $1.795 million March 1 and closed yesterday at $1,931,000. The owner also tried for $1.795 back in 2021 but couldn’t get it, and rented it out instead. Good thing for her she waited.

I note that the seller paid $1.760 for this property in 2006..
