Newly listed this morning, 17 Old Wagon Road, Havemeyer, is looking for $2.650 million. It sold when it was newly built in 2005 for $1,817,500, and again for that same exact price in 2010, and failed to sell in 2017-2018 for $2.075.
It was a different market back in 2018, though the house isn’t, so the question is, how different?
