3 Hekma Road has renewed its listing but kept last week’s price of $12.500 million. It tried for $13.8 in 2017-2018, took a brake until 2020 when it came back at $17.5 million, and has been sinking slowly since then.
Nice house, nice land, albeit in the North Country but, so far, no takers.
