21 Stanwich Lane, priced at $1.795 million, is pending after 9 days. It’s a nice house, on an excellent street, in a very convenient location, so if multiple buyers chased this, it should be no surprise. It didn’t sell in 2016 and ‘17, but we’re not in that market anymore.
