I'd have cut the price and moved on a lot sooner, but it's not my house

After 432 days, 43 Byfield Lane, which started at $2.1 million a year ago April and has only dropped to $1.850 since, finally has a contract. I get it: some people are in no rush to sell, and are willing to stay put until they get their price. My philosophy is to only put a house up for sale when you want to … you know, … sell it.
