4 Windrose Way, asked $6.750 million, got $8,035,000. Mead Point is my favorite gated community in town, but … gee. My surprise is tempered however, by the fact that these sellers paid $6.576 million for it in 2006 — there aren’t many properties in Mead Point, and obviously, some people want to live there badly enough that they’ll pay any price to do so.
