100 Woodside Drive, listed at $2.995 million, has sold for $3.3. The pictures have been taken down from the Internet, so here’s the listing sheet,, plus pictures from its 2021 listing, when it sold for $2.8 million. The builder who renovated this house in 2020 did his best but, to my eye, it still strikes me as a 1963 silk purse.
