A contract (and only one contract) has been reported today, but we still have a couple of hours before the MLS closes
/62 Morningside Drive, currently begging for $2.350 million, is finally under contract. The property started off last October at $2.995 million, but attracted no buyer, so the owners ditched their agent, photoshopped the exterior from slate and brown to white, omitted the reference to solar panels, dropped the “pre-approval” requirement before showings, and cut the price to $2.350. Of all those changes (and personally, I rather liked the original color scheme), it was probably only the last element: price, that made a difference here.
