A price cut, but will anyone notice?

10 Sunshine Avenue, new construction in Riverside NoPo, has dropped its price from $2.795 million to $2.750. The builder bought the land this sits on for just $600,000 in 2022, so I’d think there’s room for a more significant “price adjustment”, as we realtors like to call them, and still pocket a hefty profit.
