120 Lockwood Road has sold to a NYC couple (10010 Zip) for $5.5 million. Completed this year on land purchased for $1.325 in January 2022, clearly, builders can still make a profit here in town.
It’s not my taste in design, but, like Summit, Lockwood’s never been known as Architects Row, so there’s no particular change here, it’s just that the houses are bigger now.
