7 Dairy Road, which started off there months ago at $5.850 million, has taken a second price cut and now asks for $4.950. The market obviously didn’t like either that first price, or its second one of $5.450, but now the house seems to fit in better with what I’d consider comparable homes, and maybe a buyer will agree.
