15 Edgewood Drive asked for $2.425 and got $2.475. The sellers paid $1.925 for it in 2020, which was likely a COVID price, because it sold in 2002 for $2 million. Mind you, those buyers lost it to foreclosure in 2011, and the bank resold it that same year for $1.525.

You just never know.
