75 Glenville Road, a long way away from The Field Club, was listed at $1.125 million and has now sold for $1.450. The buyers are from Canton, Texas, southeast of Dallas, and I wondered at the reverse migration, until I noticed that Canton is near another town, Gun Barrel City; maybe the new owners were originally California refugees?
