421 Stanwich Road, $4.8 million, $5.495 million asked. A Jordan Saper production, he sold it new to these owners in 2000 for $4.7. They put in a pool, finished the basement,, and tried for $8.25 million in ‘05-’06, gave up, tried again in 2010 for $7.750 and quit again. You could have taken it for $4.950 in 2019 but you didn’t. Someone was wise to wait.
