Sale in NoPo

21 Wescott Street (over by Perna Drive) listed at $1.695 million in March and has closed at $1.8 million. It looks like a nice house, but I’m not sure how some of these homes purchased at what may be record prices, with expensive mortgages, will fare when the market drops.
